Before the SeriesEdit

The company was founded almost 112 years ago by three of the founding members of a group (Elizabeth Mann, Art Wurst and Maxwell Finnwich) dedicated to the safe keeping and unlocking of a Pyramid of legendary power to obtain immortality. They succeeded as highschool students with the aid of their principal Alexander Nigma and a fourth student named Lo Ping.

When they finally opened the Pyramid instead of the ultimate knowledge or power that they were looking for they released a creature they would come to know as His Eminence. Alexander accidentally killed himself when he sealed himself inside the Pyramid trying to lock away the creature and the creature he marked Finnwich Mann Wurst and Ping

and he only just freed while said creature took over the group in his steed. Carl Brocher aided them in starting MWFP.Carl Broucher soon discovered that Ping's bloodline was the key to reopening the pyramid. However Ping, became wise to their new mentor's plans and escaped from them. Though the group searched tirelessly for him, they could not find him. He went and hid in his home country, Korea, where he stayed and started a family.

His Eminence gifted each of the remaining member of the group with a mark that would be passed down to their descendants that would forever bind them to the pyramid. Before the company could be founded the young Ping left the group for parts unknown (probably Korea). Even without the pyramid's powers at least two of the founders found their own forms of immortality, Finnwich transformed himself into a cyborg while Wurst created a legion of clones of himself.

As with any company it suffered it's share of setbacks starting out with the death of the original Wurst and the leaving and later when Finnwich left and apparently died when his manor burnt down (he in fact survived and went into hiding) only Elizabeth as the company's leader (whom presumably died of old age) and it would eventually be passed down to her great grand-daughter Cassandra McAdams.

Despite this the company would go on to become the world's largest corporate conglomerate with numerous shell company's such as Mobile Wireless Federation and Green Apple Splat. However under the leadership of its current CEO Cassandra McAdams the company has also expanded into fields of world domination most notably through brainwashing.

Known Members Edit

It is suspected that the members of The Council may be involved with Mann, Wurst, and Finnwich, though their status as employees of the company has not been confirmed.
